I took my Sprinter van with a drivers door mechanical issue The customer service from beginning to the end was first class. They needed to order a part and they kept me informed of when I could bring it in to install the part. They neede to keep the van for a few hours. They offered and I accepted to drive me home while they completed the job. Then they picked me up and took me back to their shop. I would rate them at 5 stars for sure!!😊

Very experienced, wonderful to deal with, and now my forever mechanic! I have a Genesis GV 70 and it has been hard to find a good mechanic to work on it locally

Easy to make appointment, work was explained clearly, no hard sell to do extras. Good communication and work was completed promptly. Nice waiting area with comfortable seating and water and coffee available. Miguel was very helpful.

All around good!

I took in my Kia Sorento to get a full inspection and oil change, and I was so impressed. Miguel was courteous, patient, and professional on the phone and in person. I’ve had experiences at auto places where I felt rushed and overcharged, but Miguel made me feel like this place was honest and passionate about the work they do. I seriously feel like my car is happier after going there. Even my husband commented that the car was driving better. It just felt like the right place to go. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad that someone recommended Accurate Automotive to me. I had a couple things going on with my older Prius, and was really nervous because finances are tight for me at the moment. Miguel was amazing from start to finish, from my call with him first thing in the morning, to letting me bring my car right over, being honest about what needed to be done and what could wait, to securing a piece that had gotten loose for free. And he did everything with professionalism and kindness. If I had gone to the dealer, this would not have been the experience. I am profoundly grateful and will be coming here for all my future car needs.

Miguel is friendly, listens to your needs, responds quickly to your inquiries. There is no hard selling that often occurs at dealerships. I liked that I could take the car in the night before and leave the key.

These guys are the absolute nicest. I've always been treated with respect, and they have been absolutely incredible about keeping me posted with thorough updates, confirmation of consent, and great responsiveness. They were able to find and fix issues with my car giving me an overheating warning and with my air conditioning failing to work. Worth it for their professionalism!
