Q. How long will it take to service/repair my vehicle?
A. Most of our customers get to go home on the same day. On occasion it may take longer usually due to the amount of work and or parts not being readily available.
Q. How much will it cost?
A. We can provide you an estimate over the phone depending on the service or repair required. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our estimates but are only able to provide you with a detailed estimate after evaluating your vehicle.
Q. Are estimates free of charge?
A. If your vehicle’s problem can be determined by visual identification or during an initial road test, the answer is no. If disassembly or certain test procedures are required, the answer is yes.
Q. What makes of vehicles do you work on?
A. Acura, Honda, Lexus and Toyota as well as GM, Chrysler and Ford product.
Q. What kind of warranty do we offer?
A. Our warranty is 12 months or 12 thousand miles.
Q. Do we provide complimentary shuttle to and from home or work?
A. Yes! In the Conejo Valley.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. For your convenience we are open every 3rd Saturday of the month by appointment only.
Q. Do you use original parts? (OEM)
A. Yes. We also use aftermarket parts as long as quality is not compromised.
Q. Will you use remanufactured components?
A. Yes, whenever it is cost effective, especially regarding starters, alternators, generators, engines and transmissions.
Q. What if I need a tow?
A. For your convinience, towing is available 7 days a week.
Q. Can you work with manufactures warranty repairs?
A. All repairs covered under your new vehicle’s factory warranty must be performed by the dealer. Extended service contracts recommended by the manufacturer, can be performed by any repair facility without consequences of neither voiding nor forfeiting your warranty.
