In an emergency situation, they helped me when the nearby Kia dealerships with the responsibility to help would not. AA were honest, thoughtful, and polite. Also, up front about the cost, not that we had a choice, and it ended being a little less. So they didn't cut us that deep. We will never forgive Kia, however we'll recommend AA as much as we can add out-of-towners.

Super nice and professional

Great, honest service. Will be back and referring others. Had a different mechanic tell me I needed brakes although I had recently had them replaced and inspected. Gil was kind, explained things and verified I did NOT need brake service. I'll be back when I do but sure appreciate not needing it now!

Editing on February 2026 to include I sent a family member over there and they went above and beyond to make sure she was safe and her car was taken care of. A business I trust with our safety and they have come through many times!

I had a major issue with my Ford F150 2006 pickup truck. It happened Friday evening and so I didn’t use it for the weekend. I called Gilbert at Accurate Automotive at the advice of my parents who are loyal clients and was able to have the issue diagnosed and repaired the same day. I feel they were fair in their pricing and that I received great customer service. I hope I dont have any future problems but if I do I know I have an honest and knowledgeable repair shop to go to.
