I took in my Kia Sorento to get a full inspection and oil change, and I was so impressed. Miguel was courteous, patient, and professional on the phone and in person. I’ve had experiences at auto places where I felt rushed and overcharged, but Miguel made me feel like this place was honest and passionate about the work they do. I seriously feel like my car is happier after going there. Even my husband commented that the car was driving better. It just felt like the right place to go. Highly recommend!

Miguel is friendly, listens to your needs, responds quickly to your inquiries. There is no hard selling that often occurs at dealerships. I liked that I could take the car in the night before and leave the key.

These guys are the absolute nicest. I've always been treated with respect, and they have been absolutely incredible about keeping me posted with thorough updates, confirmation of consent, and great responsiveness. They were able to find and fix issues with my car giving me an overheating warning and with my air conditioning failing to work. Worth it for their professionalism!

Wanted to give a shout-out to the fine guys at Accurate Auto. When I bought my Genesis I was concerned about finding a local mechanic I could trust with repairs and services. As a Korean vehicle it can be difficult to have serviced other than going to a dealer, we all know how that goes. They do a fine job, timely and affordable.
