I’m so glad that someone recommended Accurate Automotive to me. I had a couple things going on with my older Prius, and was really nervous because finances are tight for me at the moment. Miguel was amazing from start to finish, from my call with him first thing in the morning, to letting me bring my car right over, being honest about what needed to be done and what could wait, to securing a piece that had gotten loose for free. And he did everything with professionalism and kindness. If I had gone to the dealer, this would not have been the experience. I am profoundly grateful and will be coming here for all my future car needs.

Miguel is friendly, listens to your needs, responds quickly to your inquiries. There is no hard selling that often occurs at dealerships. I liked that I could take the car in the night before and leave the key.

These guys are the absolute nicest. I've always been treated with respect, and they have been absolutely incredible about keeping me posted with thorough updates, confirmation of consent, and great responsiveness. They were able to find and fix issues with my car giving me an overheating warning and with my air conditioning failing to work. Worth it for their professionalism!

Wanted to give a shout-out to the fine guys at Accurate Auto. When I bought my Genesis I was concerned about finding a local mechanic I could trust with repairs and services. As a Korean vehicle it can be difficult to have serviced other than going to a dealer, we all know how that goes. They do a fine job, timely and affordable. Don't hesitate to use this company, they are excellent.
