Q. How long will it take to service/repair my vehicle?
A. Most of our customers get to go home on the same day. On occasion it may take longer usually due to the amount of work and or parts not being readily available.
Q. How much will it cost?
A. We can provide you an estimate over the phone depending on the service or repair required. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our estimates but are only able to provide you with a detailed estimate after evaluating your vehicle.
Q. Are estimates free of charge?
A. If your vehicle’s problem can be determined by visual identification or during an initial road test, the answer is no. If disassembly or certain test procedures are required, the answer is yes.
Q. What makes of vehicles do you work on?
A. Acura, Honda, Lexus and Toyota as well as GM, Chrysler and Ford product.
Q. What kind of warranty do we offer?
A. Our warranty is 12 months or 12 thousand miles.
Q. Do we provide complimentary shuttle to and from home or work?
A. Yes! In the Conejo Valley.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. For your convenience we are open every 3rd Saturday of the month by appointment only.
Q. Do you use original parts? (OEM)
A. Yes. We also use aftermarket parts as long as quality is not compromised.
Q. Will you use remanufactured components?
A. Yes, whenever it is cost effective, especially regarding starters, alternators, generators, engines and transmissions.
Q. What if I need a tow?
A. For your convinience, towing is available 7 days a week.
Q. Can you work with manufactures warranty repairs?
A. All repairs covered under your new vehicle’s factory warranty must be performed by the dealer. Extended service contracts recommended by the manufacturer, can be performed by any repair facility without consequences of neither voiding nor forfeiting your warranty.
They are reliable, professional and willing to do the right thing. A couple of times after repairs were completed I had to bring my car in and they gladly fixed what was needed. I recommend this business. Miguel and Gill are easy to work with and honest. .

I'm so glad I found this place. I've been taking my 2014 Honda Civic here for the past couple of years. This is an honest and ethical mechanic; not always easy to find! I recently took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done in two hours and cost less than $100. Hard to beat.

Accurate has taken care of a couple of my Japanese cars over the last 7 years. They are the most honest and capable auto shop I have ever used.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The cost of the service was fair and reasonable. Tested and replaced my battery very quickly. I’d definitely recommend them!
Had a regular service call, oil change, etc. Their service is prompt and efficient, no hard sell on other services. People are friendly, and they give a senior discount.
In eastern Ventura County, I would ONLY go to this place for car service. I used to go to Int'l Auto Specialists (since 1983) until they shut down in late 2010s. I know more than enuf about cars (as I have fixed a lot of things in my younger days), ie, it's hard to take me for a ride!
Then, based on random reviews, I tried a few places and finally settled on this one. I brought my son's car for service here too. He did not listen to me for a while and finally realized that this is a honest and best place for car service. Thanks you guys for keeping it real
Gil and his team are so dependable and dedicated to their customers. They are patient and very honest - which I haven't found before them. I have used and trusted them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.
